Delivery Policy:

All orders are subject to product availability at Shahrzad. Shipping costs for your order are non-refundable and are based on the weight of the items you order and your location. Your order delivery date may vary due to carrier shipping practices, delivery location, delivery method, and the quantity of items ordered. Additionally, your order may be delivered in separate shipments. No additional shipping charges will apply depending on your location and the size of your order. If any items you ordered are damaged upon delivery, you must contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.

Return Policy:

If you are not 100% satisfied with your Shahrzad purchase, you may return your order for a full refund within 14 days of purchase.

Returned items must be in the same condition as received and in the original box or packaging. After the product is returned to Shahrzad warehouses, the product value will be refunded via Vodafone Cash or bank transfer. However, shipping costs will not be refunded.

If you request a return for a product from your order that was paid for using any of the installment methods, the entire order will be returned and the full amount will be refunded, not a partial amount.

Products Excluded from Returns

The following products cannot be returned:

Combination or used products

Products damaged due to misuse

Products that have been opened or broken

Products that have been purchased for more than 14 days

Original accessories missing

Return and Exchange Conditions:

The original purchase invoice or proof of purchase must be presented.

Returns or exchanges are only permitted for defective products.

Return Process:

The return request will be reviewed within 3-5 business days.

If approved, the product will be replaced, the value of the product refunded, or a voucher will be issued.

Shipping Costs:

The customer bears the shipping costs of the returned product.

Exchange Policy

You may exchange products within 14 days of receipt, provided they are unused. The product must first be returned to Shahrzad’s warehouse to ensure it is unused and in its original condition. The exchanged product will then be shipped with the additional shipping costs.

If the product is installed within 14 days of receiving the original order and a manufacturing defect is discovered, maintenance will be performed to ensure the product’s safety. If the manufacturing defect persists after the inspection, the product will be replaced with another of the same product. It may not be exchanged for another product.
